designing and building a custom home or remodel. From our first
meeting with you and your real estate agent, we begin along-term
relationship. We commit to a plan that will put you in the home
of your dreams at the best possible price. And, we continue to care
for you and you home once you've moved in. |

| Our
first meeting will be to discuss the scope and feasibility of the project.
Once we've decided to go ahead, we use our REAL
ESTATE and banking connections to help you secure the best property
and financing for the project. |
| Next
we DESIGN your new home or remodel
from the ground up, providing drafting, rendering, and modeling
services to help you visual your new home. Our designs are limited
only by your imagination: beautiful homes with unique features such
as vaulted great rooms, wine cellars, saunas, steam rooms, infinity-edge
pools, cherry cabinetry, redwood gazebos and much, much more. |

Once
we've decided on a design, we provide full ENGINEERING
services. We maintain close relationships with the best local engineering
firms for all of the project's needs: civil, structural, mechanical,
and soils engineering, geotechnical services, energy calculations,
drainage, and utilities. |

| We
then submit complete sets of plans to your town's planning, building,
and engineering review departments. We provide the renderings, plans,
and models and do the footwork necessary to get the quickest possible
PROJECT APPROVAL from the local
government. We also work with all of the necessary utilities to
ensure timely hook-up. |

If
you choose, we will manage the CONSTRUCTION
of your new home or remodel from the foundation up. We have relationships
with many of the Bay Area's best contractors and sub-contractors,
experts in every area of building. |

| Throughout
the design/build process we INTERIOR DESIGN
services, including tile, marble, and granite work, full lighting,
fixture, and electrical design, moldings and trims, cabinets, home
theatres, saunas and steam rooms, painting, carpet, hard wood floors,
fireplaces, hearths and surrounds, wine cellars, custom kitchens,
walk-in closets and luxurious baths… everything short of picking
out your furniture! |

We
also work with you in LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE.
We design, install, and finish swimming pools, tennis and sports
courts, walkways and bridges, arbors and gazebos, driveways and
approaches, trees, lawns, shrubs, flowers and gardens. |
